Subsidios por gastos de sepelio

  • (Art. 35 de la Ley 7014).
  • Vigencia a partir del 1/7/1966.

Ampara a las personas que acrediten haber abonado los GASTOS DE SEPELIO de un afiliado activo o pasivo, con un mínimo de UN (1) AÑO DE ANTIGÜEDAD.

Este subsidio NO SERÁ EFECTIVIZADO, cuando se haya abonado el de Fallecimiento y luto.

  1. REQUISITOS «BASICOS» Y TRAMITACIÓN
    1. NOTA SOLICITUD
    2. CERTIFICADO DE DEFUNCIÓN o fotocopia autenticada
    3. FACTURA DE GASTOS DE SEPELIO A NOMBRE DEL SOLICITANTE.
    4. CONSULTAR OTROS REQUISITOS ESPECIFICOS

  2. CUÁNTO PERCIBE
    El CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) del importe correspondiente al Subsidio por Fallecimiento y luto básico.
